Refund Policy

1. Delivery

All our products and services are delivered digitally. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive access to your purchased digital product(s), course materials, or downloadable assets via email or direct download link.



2. Refunds

Because the products and services we provide are digital, immediately accessible and cannot be “returned” in a physical sense, all sales are final.
We will only issue a refund under the following circumstances:

  • The product is corrupted or does not work at all.


  • You received the wrong product due to an error on our part.

If either of these conditions applies, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@outline.global so we can evaluate your request and assist you accordingly.



3. Usage & Licensing

When you purchase a digital product, course or asset from OUTLINE Collective, you are granted a personal-use license only.
You may:

  • Use the materials for your personal or freelance projects.
    You may not:


  • Resell, share or distribute the materials publicly.


  • Upload them to platforms or forums (paid or free) for redistribution.


  • Use them in any way that violates our licensing terms (for example, AI training, resale packs, NFT-related content) without prior written permission.

Any unauthorized resale, redistribution, or misuse of our products will result in legal action and require full compensation for all lost revenue resulting from the infringement.



4. Support

If you encounter any technical issue, access problem or believe you received a faulty product, please reach out to us at support@outline.global. We will do our best to respond promptly (typically within 48 hours on business days) and help resolve the issue, which may include arranging a replacement download or alternative solution.



5. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time as our offerings evolve or as required by law. Any changes will be posted on this page, with a revised “Last updated” date. The updated policy will apply to all purchases made after the effective date.
